These peelers are pretty lightweight and sharp. I tested out with a carrot and peeling it was super easy and effortless. I like the red one, I believe it's the julienne peeler, I like shredded carrot in my salad so this one is perfect. I love that they are versatile, you can use them for multiple purposes.
